Writing prompt: Use the Force

Take a fairly mundane task or experience from our current world and set it in the world of Star Wars. Think light-hearted and funny. Some possibilities:

I don't know who created this image, but
I would really like to. If you know,
please leave info in the comments.
  • A foreman has to tell Darth Vader that construction on the Death Star has fallen behind because of unforeseen circumstances.
  • A young woman's college entrance essay for the Imperial Academy.
  • The queen of Naboo testifies at a Congressional hearing to justify all the tax money that goes into maintaining her wardrobe and makeup.
  • An imperial officer gets a dressing-down from his commanding officer for using his "work computer" for personal activities (video games, Twitter, porn, you name it).
  • A TV commercial for a used speeder dealership on Tatooine.
  • Preparing for the annual Stormtroopers talent show.
  • The ongoing disciplinary problems that ultimately led to young Glack Burker being expelled from the Jedi order.

Ulterior motive

It's Star Wars Day, so only a Star Wars prompt would be appropriate. May the Fourth be with you!
